No charge will be applied if service is canceled at least four hours in
advance.
Credit Card information is required for all future reservations.
Out of Miami-Dade only per mile: $3/mile, minimum $150 plus 20%
gratuity.
Any stop during the trip (except by the hour) shall be $60/hr or fraction
of an hour.
